Women's fit model

In the ​Women's Fit Model division, athletes wear sports bra + booty shorts.

JUDGING Criteria

Women's Fit Model is suitable for competitors who appear trained and athletic, but without muscular detail, separation and vascularity and whose level of muscle size is lower than those which would be rewarded in the Bikini or Figure disciplines.

The top will be a piece that is showing shoulders and clavicle in the front (showing of moderate cleavage is allowed), and showing moderate upper back muscle from the back.


The bottom is a booty cut that shows entire quads in the front, and entire hamstring and moderate lower glutes from the back. Over revealing piece will not be allowed.
Booty shorts should sit right above the hip, wearing the shorts too low will be scored down.

Women's Fit Model divisions are height based and split according to athlete numbers keeping events competitive but fair.

Competition Attire
 

  • Two-piece attire. One-piece sportswear is not allowed. Decorations like jewellery, studs, rhinestones, beads, or appliques are NOT ALLOWED.

  • Shoes are required. Covered shoes with minimal design that goes along with your attire of choice is preferred and will be scored towards your final points. Height of shoes is optional.

Women's Fit model classes

Classes may be split based on the athlete's height into different classes. The height classes might be as follows;
158CM-, 158cm-166cm, 166CM

The height/weight class numbers are displayed for reference purposes, we will change/adjust according to the average height / weight of the competitors who have signed up.

* smaller divisions like teens, juniors, masters, might have fewer classes as the number of contestants are fewer.

  • First Timer
    A first timer is someone who has never competed before in any division or class. For example, if you have competed in mens physique before and wish to compete in bodybuilding then you are no longer a first timer.
  • Teen
    A teen is an athlete who is 16 years old - 19 years old and 364 days (20yo under) on the day of the competition. Competitors who are 20 years old on the day of the competition are not eligible to compete in the teen class.
  • Junior
    A Junior athlete will be 20 years old - 23 years old and 364 days (24yo under) on the day of the competition. Athletes who are 24 years old or older on the day of the competition are not eligible to compete in the junior class.
  • Novice
    A Novice is an athlete who has never placed in the top 3 of a competition in any previous season. Your status as a novice lasts the duration of a season. Athletes who have won a regional, national title, or competed internationally as a teen, junior, masters or men’s physique competitor are not eligible to be considered a novice. Please note: Novice are not eligible to join the OPEN category.
  • Open
    This is a Pro Card winning class 🏆
  • Masters
    Athletes over the age of 40 are eligible for the Masters bodybuilding class.
  • Grandmasters
    Athletes over the age of 50 are eligible for the Grandmasters bodybuilding class.
